Collaborating APN Membership

If you are applying for Collaborating APN Membership (including applicants who previously saw “Premium” / “Premium Plus” in Wild Apricot), use the same program described on our Join page: tailored support for new PMHNPs with fewer than 5,000 practice hours; credentialing takes approximately four weeks; SPAPN membership for one year with payment via Zelle ID: Collaborating; quarterly Zoom case conferences with your collaborative physician (third Monday at 7 pm in March, June, September, and December); and full SPAPN resources.

Requirements: Maintain RN and APN licensure in NJ; PMHNP certification (ANCC or AANPBC); liability insurance ($1M per occurrence / $6M aggregate); submit the application via this Google Form.
